I really don’t like writing short blog posts. I feel it’s a waste of space. So I don’t know why I decided to answer this one, but I did, and here it is.
When I was a kid, and I’m positive it was during a meal of salisbury steak and cottage cheese, the beef gravy from the steak touched the cottage cheese, and I’ve been a fan of the pair ever since. No matter what gravy, no matter what sized curd of cottage cheese. I love gravy on my cottage cheese.
